A tool and associated datasets for the segmentation of major anatomical structures in CT and MR images. The models were trained on a wide range of images from different scanners, institutions, and protocols. The tool is not a medical device and is not intended for clinical usage, but it is a component in several FDA-approved products. While many components are available under an Apache-2.0 license, some subtasks require a separate license for commercial use.
